Cultural Contracts

If you have received your grant letter from the cultural contracts office, please do the following:

1. Complete your revised budget and narrative
2. Make an appointment with Lisa Byrd to review your revised budget and narrative
3. Turn revised budget/narrative to Barbara Sparks at the city of Austin

The process After your revised budget and narrative has been turned into the city they will generate a contract when the contract is received in A/TRC’s office you will be contacted to sign. The first check from the city should arrive 4-6 weeks after the contracts are completed.

Please note: In order for this process to be completed all of A/TRC’s sponsored projects must have completed their final reports for 2008-09 and all of A/TRC’s sponsored projects must have turned in their revised budgets and narratives.
